Return & Exchanges policy - Last updated: September 1, 2025

We are confident that you will love every item that you receive. If something isn't quiet right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Return
To be eligible for a return:

• All tags should be attached
• Proof op purchase is required
• Original packaging should be included
• Items must be unworn, clean and in good condition

To start a return, contact us at support[at]vulcansshoes.com. Once approved you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Returns send without prior approval won't be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective. 
You have two options:
1. Use your own carrier: We recommend choosing a tracked service. The parcel remains your responsibility until it has been delivered to us.
2. Use our prepaid return label: We will provide a prepaid shipping label and a €5 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect contact us immediately at support[at]vulcansshoes.com. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, place a new order to secure availability and return your original item for a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• You will receive a refund of the product price and standard delivery costs in line with EU regulations.
• If you use our prepaid return label a €5 fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
• Depending on your bank it may take additional time for the fund to appear.
  
  

EU customers: 14 day cooling off period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Your are entitled to a full refund, including standard delivery costs in accordance with EU consumer law.
